1.)
Place a drawsheet or a folded sheet under the patients back.<
2.)
Use the drawsheet to pull the patient on their side.
3.) Place the Turnwedge behind the patients back, between
the shoulders and the lower back.
Note:
Do not put a cover over the Turnwedge. Doing so will cause
the Turnwedge to lose its non-skid surface. For best Results,
always place the Turnwedge between the drawsheet and the sheet
covering the mattress.

DETERMINE THE ANGLE OF TURN
4.)
Place the Rotational
Positioning Gauge (RPG) on the patients sternum,
the RPG
facing the patients face.
5.)
Adjust the Turnwedge to the desired angle of turn by putting
it further in or
pulling it outwards
